Jess James Fesitval Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest to participate in our Annual (and growing) Jesse James Festival!!  


Please read our Vendor Policy before proceeding. It is your responsibility to know the rules:


All vendors must be set up BEFORE 9:45am on Saturday of the event. The event starts promptly at 10 and vehicles & trailers MUST be clear. Vendors may not sell anything illegal. The CCA & Town of Cement are not responsible for accidents. Participate at your own risk. It is our goal to have a positive and fun atmosphere so we ask all vendor personnel to conduct themselves in a professional manner as a key ambassador for your business and our event.


At this time, our event DOES NOT grant exclusive access to certain merchandise, products, services or items.   We are growing our event and accept vendors that are interested in participating.  If you are a direct sales representative, we are happy to let you know if another Representative has signed up.  We DO NOT keep track of individual Direct sale Companies rules for setting up at events.  This is the vendors responsibility.   Again, we do not offer exclusive vendors!  Competition is key and is healthy for our event and your booth.  (EXAMPLE: If you sell stuffed animals, there may be another vendor at our event that sells stuffed animals)  All vendors retain the right to not sign up for our event if you do not agree with our policies.


All spaces are marked in 12 x 12ft sections and will be assigned.   Electricity is VERY limited.  If your booth requires electricity, we suggest bringing a generator & proper extension cords for your generator to operate at a safe distance & not interfere with neighboring booths.  There is NO guarantee that your booth will be near electrical power, but we will do our best to accommodate you. ALL FOOD TRUCKS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN POWER.   You are responsible for all chairs and tables required for your booth.  Canopies are strongly encouraged.  NO vehicles or trailers are allowed in the street during the festival.  If you choose to leave early, you must carry your belongings out. NO EXCEPTIONS!  


This is an ALL DAY events with long hours. In years past, we have experienced multiple waves of patrons. Many locals leave and come back. Vendors that can stay for the duration do very well.... especially the Food Trucks. The famous Old Fashioned Street Dance starts at 8pm, which brings in a whole new group of festival goers. Enjoy the day with us and stay late!

**Food Vendors must comply with all State of Oklahoma & Caddo County Food Safety requirements.


IF YOU WANT TO MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR VENDOR BOOTH:

1.) Fill out the online application below.

2.) A JJ Festival committee member will reply to you via email if you are approved.

3.) After approval, you will be emailed a link to pay.  Your booth is NOT secured until you are PAID IN FULL.  No exceptions.  


We are so excited that you are interested in joining us at the 7th Annual Jesse James Festival & Car Show!   Again, after you fill out the form below, you will be contacted by email for the next step and to pay your vendor fee.
