Thank you for submitting your information to participate in our Annual (and growing) Jesse James Festival!!  

By submitting your payment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. Including but not limited to: All vendors must be set up BEFORE 9:45am (FOOD TRUCKS and VENDORS working off of a Trailer must be parked by 9am) on Saturday of the event.   

 

*****IF YOU ARE A FOOD TRUCK OR A VENDOR WORKING OFF OF A TRAILER BE SURE THAT WE KNOW. EARLY ARRIVAL FOR TRAILERS IS MUCH APPRECIATED  *****

 

We will not be able to move tent vendors after 9:30am.  It is not fair for those that are setting up to have to take down their booth so you can park your trailer.   WE ENCOURAGE TRAILERS AND FOOD TRUCKS TO PARK THE NIGHT BEFORE IF POSSIBLE.   The event starts promptly at 10 and vehicles & trailers MUST be clear. Vendors may not sell anything illegal. The CCA & Town of Cement is not responsible for accidents. Participate at your own risk. It is our goal to have a positive and fun atmosphere so we ask all vendor personnel to conduct themselves in a professional manner as a key ambassador for your business and our event.

 

At this time, our event DOES NOT grant exclusive access to certain merchandise, products, services or items.   We are growing our event and accept vendors that are interested in participating.  If you are a direct sales representative, we are happy to let you know if another Representative has signed up.  We DO NOT keep track of individual Direct sale Companies rules for setting up at events.  This is the vendors responsibility.

 

All spaces are marked in 12 x 12ft sections and will be assigned.   Electricity is VERY limited.  If your booth requires electricity, we suggest bringing a generator & proper extension cords for your generator to operate at a safe distance & not interfere with neighboring booths   You are responsible for all chairs and tables required for your booth.  Canopies are strongly encouraged.  NO vehicles or trailers are allowed in the street during the festival. 

 

If you are a FOOD TRUCK or a VENDOR that is working off of a trailer, you MUST BE PARKED by 9:30am on the Saturday of the event!  (If you can set up or park the Friday night before, that is even better.) 

 

TO PAY IMMEDIATELY and SECURE YOUR VENDOR SPOT(S), CHOOSE YOUR BOOTH SIZE BELOW.  If you wish to mail a check, your vendor spot will not be secured until your check has cleared.  (info to mail check is below)
